I made these Bridal Shower favors by adapting a template I found at fellow CTMH consultant Diane’s blog here http://www.stampininthevilliage.blogspot.com/.
Materials included: SOTM for April 2011 – Blessed, Desert Sand Ink, Amethyst Ink, Amethyst cardstock (just a bit per box), Colonial White cardstock (one 8.5x11 sheet per box ), White Daisy cardstock (two small strips per box), Opaques gems – pearl, Inexpensive Ribbon from ACMoore.

Here’s the cards I created using the March Stamp of the Month, Sensational Season and my go-to stamp set for sentiments, A Little Everything. I used watercolor pencils and my water pen to color the bunny. The paper pack I used is Mayberry – the colors just remind me so much of Spring/Easter!
Here’s a card I came up with tonight for a card workshop that I am doing in June. I used the Heartfelt Treasures stamp set, and Sophia bulk paper. It may be hard to tell in the picture, but there are three layers to the flower underneath the button!
We’ll be doing 20 cards for $20 in this workshop, 5 each of 4 designs. Want to host or attend a workshop like this? Let me know! I will be planning one here at my house in June or July. Date TBD.

Here are some cards I created today with the April 2011 Stamp of the Month – Blessed. For these cards, I utilized second generation stamping to get a soft look for the bird, flower, and butterfly.

I had so much fun with the Sensational Season stamp set! The little bunnies are so cute. Here’s just a few of the cards I came up with. I also used “A Little Everything” again – I think that is becoming my favorite stamp set! I used watercolor pencils and my water pen to color the bunny. The paper pack I used is Mayberry – the colors just reminded me of Easter!
My new consultant kit also came with the Mayberry WOTG kit. This one was so much fun – I just loved the fruit stamps!
It also featured fabric buttons that can be stamped on – what fun!
CTMH had some kits on clearance and I took advantage of the sale and bought a few. The Splendor kit came with a level 2 paper pack, stickease, designer brads, AND B&T Bulk paper – WOW!! Way more than I was expecting. I broke it in with these cards, made using “A Little Everything”.

My new consultant kit came with so many goodies that I could not wait to play with them today. I started with the Lucky workshop kit, which came with a great stamp set, and papers that are great for any masculine cards or layouts. Here’s the cards from the kit.
LOVED the natural hemp. It was so fun to tie around the cards and thread the buttons with. This kit also involved a great deal of distressing – inking the edges and using the edge distresser. Check out the stamping on the square on the right card… this involved inking the stamp in one color, and the sponging another color around one edge.
With some of the left over papers in this kit, I decided to make the next cards. They are simple, but I think they came out great. I used “A Little Everything” stamp set for the words.
